摘 要: | 目的:探讨自我导向学习在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择在我科轮科实习的护理专业护生63人,分为对照组31人和观察组32人,分别采用传统带教方式和自我导向学习教学法,比较两组考核成绩、自主学习能力、思维能力、沟通能力。结果观察组理论知识、操作技巧及总分均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组自我管理能力、信息能力、合作能力及总分均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组开放思想、分析能力、寻找真理、系统化能力、自信心及总分显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组人际沟通能力、辅导与咨询能力、提供有效负面反馈及总分显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论将自我导向学习应用于妇产科护理临床带教中可以有效调动护生学习积极性和主动性,提高自主学习能力、评判思维能力和沟通能力,提高临床带教质量。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of self-directed learning applications in clinical nursing teaching. Methods In our department of nursing practice 63 nursing students were divided into the control group(n=31)and ob-servation group (n=32), respectively used traditional teaching methods and self-directed learning, test results,inde-pendent learning skills,thinking skills,communication skills of two groups were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge,operational skills and total scores of observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).The self-management skills,information capabilities,ability to cooperate and scores of observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05). The open-minded,analytical ability,seek the truth,systematic,confidence and total score of observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).The inter-personal communication skills, coaching and consulting capabilities to provide effective feedback and negative scores of observation group were significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Self-directed learning is applied in gynecological care clinical teaching nursing students could effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of learn to improve the self-learning ability,critical thinking and communication skills,to improve the quality of clinical teaching . |
