小剂量低分子肝素钙治疗川崎病30例

目的:评价小剂量低分子肝素钙治疗川崎病的疗效。方法:给30例川崎病患儿皮下注射低分子肝素钙50U/Kg,1次/d,5~7d。以冠状动脉损伤,凝血象参数和血小板计数评价该药的疗效。结果:治疗后冠状动脉损伤减轻,无血栓形成;血小板计数较治疗前明显下降,凝血象参数无显著性变化。结论:低分子肝素钙是治疗川崎病,预防血栓形成较为理想的药物之一,疗效满意。

Clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium on Kawasaki disease

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium(Fraxiparine)on Kawasaki disease.Methods:53 paitents were randomly divided into 2 groups according to age,course,clinical manifestations and the coronary artery lesions.The patients in the control group were given Aspirin,the patients in the treated group LMWH(fraxiparin)with the dosage of 50U/kg for 5～7 days besides the medicine used in the control group.2D-echocardiography,biood routine examination,blood coagulsti-on function examination were performed at preteatment,1 day and 7 days after treatment.Results:we observed a significant decrease in thrombocyte and coronary artery lesions in the treated group compared with those in the conrol group (P<0.05).It has no significant different on blood coagulation function examination at pretreament,1 day and 7 days after treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of LMWH on Kawasaki disease is satisfactory.It has few adverse effects.
