| 摘 要： | 对 40只早孕大鼠在体子宫收缩幅度及频率进行观察 ,发现电针“合谷”和“三阴交”增强米非司酮配伍米索前列醇的作用主要是抑制子宫的无序收缩 ,增强子宫内压 ,提高子宫节律性收缩能力 ,从而达到提高早期妊娠的完全流产率、减少出血的目的。

| Abstract: | The intensity and frequency of uterine contraction were observed in 40 rats in early pregnancy in order to study the reinforcement of the effects of mifepristone and misoprostol on intrauterine pressure by puncturing hegu and sanyinjiao with electric needles. The results showed that combining with the above mentioned two drugs, electric acupuncture could increase the rate of complete abortion of early pregnancy and relieve endometrorrhagia by inhibiting random uterine contraction, increasing intrauterine pressure, and reinforcing rhythmical uterine contraction. |
