自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗晚期肝硬化的近期临床观察

目的评价自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗肝炎后肝硬化的近期临床疗效。资料与方法回顾分析我院就诊R8例晚期肝硬化患者行自体骨髓干细胞移植后，患者乏力、纳差、腹胀等症状的改善情况及不良反应发生的情况，并于术后1月、3月复查肝功，了解肝功特别是总胆红素、白蛋白等变化情况。结果8例患者在肝动脉灌注过程中均很顺利，无明显不良不适；白蛋白较术前明显增高、总胆红素较前降低均有统计学意义。结论自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗晚期肝硬化近期效果较满意，其长期疗效有待进一步随访观察。

Transplantation of autologous bone marrow stem cells for the treatment of advanced liver cirrhosis
