原发性肾脏疾患红细胞及细胞免疫功能探讨

摘    要:
分析40例不同原发性肾脏疾病患外周血红细胞C3b受体(RBC-C3b)、红细胞免疫复合物(RBC-IC)、T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)及T淋巴细胞转化试验(LTT)结果。与正常人比较,RBC-C3b、CD3、CD4、CD8均下降,而RBC-IC则升高,尿毒症患血中LTT值下降明显,统计处理上述结果均有非常显差异(P<0.01)。各项指标作多因素相关分析发现,诸因素间存在某些相关性,提示原发性肾脏疾病患体内存在着多种免疫功能失调,且彼此影响是导致肾脏病发生的重要原因。

Abstract:
The C3b receptor of red blood cell(RBC-C3b),immune complex of red cell(RBC-IC),subgroups of T-cell(CD3,CD4,CD8 )and lymphocyte transformation test,in peripheralblood of patients with essential diseases of the kidney(40 cases)were reported and comparedwith those of normal suhjects. The results showed that the contents of RBC-C3b,T-cell sub-groups, were lower (P<0.01),and RBC-IC was higher (P<0. 01 )than those of normalsubtects. And the blood LTT in ureonic patients reduced evidently. Analysis of muItiple fac-tors revealed that thev were correlated to each other.It is suggested that imbalance of im-mune functions are present in patients with essential renal diseases and that their interactionis the important cause of kidney diseases.
