| Abstract: | To clearify the anatomy of the peritoneal cavity of left upper quadrant,36 sets of serial sagittal sections of Chinese adult cadavers were prepared and observed.The serial sectional anatomy of the peritoneal cavity of left upper quadrant on sagittal plane can be divided into 3 types.The posterior left suprahepatic space and omental bursa were clearly separated by the lesser omentum and gastric fundus.Moreover,in this paper the authors discussed and developed the sectional diagram of the peritoneal cavity on the sagittal plane through the left kidney. |
