屯兵坑道环境卫生学要求

为了指导部队科学地,合理地利用坑道环境,对坑道卫生实施法制化,规范化管理,以保障坑道作战部队指战员的身健康,维护部队战斗力。在大量坑道试验结果的基础上,并参照国内有关资料,研究制定了本标准。

HYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ENVIRONMENTS IN TUNNEL FOR STATIONARY TROOPS

In order to instruct troops to make scientific and rational use of the environment in tunnel, and to enforce legalized and standardized management, so that to ensure the physical health of officers and men of combat troops in tunnels and to uphold their combat effectiveness, this standard has been studied and worked out on the basis of a large number of experiments and related domestic data. This standard provides ventilation volume, microclimate (including temperature,humidity and wind velocity), hygienic requirement of illumination and permissible concentration of CO 2 (cited from GJB 2261-95), and also limited values of air pollutants (including CO, NH 3, H 2S, inhalant particles, total bacterial count) in the tunnel for stationary troops when occupied by personnel. This standard applies to hygienic evaluation and supervision of tunnels and shelters for stationary troops when they are occupied by personnel, and this standard can also be used for conference for civil air defense engineering and other types of underground buildings when they are occupied by people.
