唇腭裂新生儿颅面骨三维重建的研究

目的　为建立唇腭裂新生儿颅面骨的计算机辅助三维重建技术并探讨其准确性和可靠性。方法　对6例正常胎儿及 5例唇裂新生儿标本颅面形态结构作立体的定量的分析比较。结果　所得重建体图像真实 ,可任意剖面 ,多视角变换 ,以显示颅面骨的空间位置关系和定量测量分析。结论　建立的计算机辅助三维重建技术为唇腭裂固有畸形特征的研究提供了新的研究手段 ,并建立了一种新的形态数据资料的储存方式。

A STUDY OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL RECONSTRUTION OF CRANIOFACIAL SKELETON IN NEW BORNS WITH CLEFT OF THE LIP AND PALATE

Objective In an attempt to establish a computer three-dimensional recostruction of the craniofcial skeleton and analyze the precision and accuracy of the method. Methods Craniofacial morphology was examined in a sample of 6 normal fetues and 5 neonates with complete cleft of the lip and palate. Results The method of 3-D reconstruction by CT data was described.The new structure can be resectioned by computer in various planes to expose any given structure for study.By altering the viewing axis new structural relationships may be viewed and analyzed. Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction can vividly reveal the actual craniofacial three-dimensional structures.The established computer aided 3-D reconstructing method can offer a new means to study the craniofacial morphology characteristics.The technique offered a preservative method of morphological date file.
