摘    要:目的 分析吴茱萸炮制前后挥发油含量、组分及毒性的变化,为阐明吴茱萸炮制减毒机理提供科学依据.方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取吴茱萸生品和制品挥发油,用GC-MS法鉴定化学成分.采用经典小鼠急性毒性试验,对吴茱萸生、制品挥发油毒性进行比较,并用Bliss法计算LD50值.结果 吴茱萸生、制品挥发油收率分别为0.75%和0.65...
