不同剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症的效果

目的分析不同剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症对甲状腺功能及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择我院收治的妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用低剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组采用高剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组FT_3、FT_4及TSH水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组妊娠并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清脂联素及HCG水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高剂量左甲状腺素治疗妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症患者可有效调控甲状腺激素水平,改善妊娠结局,值得临床应用与推广。

Effect of different doses of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy

Objective To analyze the effect of different doses of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets, while the observation group was treated with high dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH in both groups improved, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of pregnancy complications between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum adiponectin and HCG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High dose levothyroxine can effectively regulate thyroid hormone levels and improve pregnancy outcomes in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
