经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的效果

目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年5月于我院接受治疗的92例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据就诊日期单双号原则将其分为研究组和参照组,各46例。研究组患者(双号)采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗,参照组患者(单号)接受膀胱部分切除术治疗。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、术后并发症发生情况、术后复发情况及临床疗效。结果研究组的手术时间、置管时间及住院时间均短于参照组,手术出血量少于参照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率为10.87%,显著低于参照组的36.96%(P<0.05);研究组的复发率为6.52%,显著低于参照组的32.61%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为65.22%,显著高于参照组的43.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤效果显著,安全性较高,术后并发症风险低,可促进患者早日康复,值得临床应用及推广。

Clinical effect of transurethral vaporization electroresection for superficial bladder tumor

Objective To investigate clinical value of transurethral vaporization electroresection for superficial bladder tumor. Methods A total of 92 patients with superficial bladder tumor treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May2016 were selected as the objects and divided into study group and reference group according to the principle of odd and even number of treatment, with 46 cases in each group. The study group(even numbers) was treated by transurethral vaporization electroresection for bladder tumbrs. The reference group(odd numbers) underwent partial cystectomy. The relevant surgical indicators, postoperative complications, recurrence and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, indwelling time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the reference group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was 10.87%, which significantly lower than was 36.96% of the reference group(P <0.05). The recurrence rate in the study group was 6.52%, which was significantly lower than 32.61% of the reference group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 65.22%, which was significantly higher than 43.48% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Transurethral vaporization electroresection has a significant effect in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor. It has high safety and low risk of complications, promote the early recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
