右美托咪定在宫颈癌手术患者全身麻醉中的价值

目的分析右美托咪定在宫颈癌手术患者全身麻醉中的效果。方法随机选择2016年10月至2018年1月我院收治的宫颈癌手术患者82例,并以随机化原则将其分为对照组(41例,1mg/kg丙泊酚麻醉)与研究组(41例,0.6μg/kg右美托咪定麻醉)。比较两组患者不同麻醉时间段的MAP、HR变化情况与Ramsay评分、VAS评分、麻醉清醒时间及不良反应发生情况。结果T1、T2、T3、T4时,研究组患者的MAP、HR、Ramsay评分及VAS评分均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的麻醉清醒时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定应用于宫颈癌手术中可有效调节生命体征,镇静、镇痛、麻醉效果良好,且不良反应较少,安全可靠,值得借鉴。

Value of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia for patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia for patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery. Methods From October 2016 to January 2018, 82 patients with cervical cancer were randomly selected and divided into control group (41 cases, 1 mg/kg propofol anesthesia) and study group (41 cases, 0.6 μg/kg dexmedetomidine anesthesia) by randomization principle. The different anesthesia time points of MAP, HR, Ramsay scores, VAS scores, awakening time of anesthesia and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results At T1, T2, T3 and T4, the MAP, HR, Ramsay and VAS scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The awakening time of anesthesia in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine applied in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery can effectively regulate vital signs. It has good effects of sedation, analgesia and anesthesia, with fewer adverse reactions. It is safe, reliable and worthy of clinical learning.
