游离皮瓣移植修复四肢皮肤大面积软组织缺损的临床效果

目的观察游离皮瓣移植修复在四肢皮肤大面积软组织缺损治疗中的效果。方法选取在我院接受诊治的86例四肢皮肤大面积软组织缺损患者为研究对象,运用系统抽样法将其分为参照组和研讨组,各43例。参照组给予大面积软组织缺损修复术治疗,研讨组给予游离皮瓣移植修复治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研讨组患者的皮瓣成活率高于参照组,皮瓣部分坏死率显著低于参照组(P<0.05);两组患者的皮瓣完全坏死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研讨组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论游离皮瓣移植修复患者四肢皮肤大面积软组织缺损的效果良好,可提高皮瓣成活率,术后并发症较少,值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical effect of free flap transplantation for repairing large area soft tissue defects of extremities

Objective To observe the effect of free flap transplantation in the treatment of large area soft tissue defects of extremities. Methods Eighty-six patients with large area soft tissue defects of extremities skin treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. They were divided into reference group and study group by systematic sampling method, with 43 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with large area soft tissue defect repair. The study group was given free flap transplantation. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The survival rate of the flaps in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, the partial necrosis rate of the flaps was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the complete necrosis rates of the flaps between the two groups(P>0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The free flap transplantation in repairing of large area soft tissue defects of extremities has a good effect, which can improve the survival rate of flaps, with less postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
