摘    要:
目的探讨淫羊藿不同提取物对去势大鼠骨质疏松症模型的骨生物力学性能的影响。方法选用健康8月龄的雌性成年SD大鼠,采用手术切除双侧卵巢的方法,人为制成动物骨质疏松模型,进行腰椎骨生物力学的性能检测。结果 OVX组的腰椎ELASTIC、M-LORD、M-STRESS和STIFFNESS显著低于SHAM组(P<0.01);XLGB组、D1组、D2组、D3组、E1组、E2组、E3组、F1组、F2组和F3组的ELASTIC、M-LORD、M-STRESS和STIFFNESS显著高于OVX组(P<0.01)。结论初步证明淫羊藿不同提取物对去势大鼠骨质疏松症具有较好的疗效,提示其在骨质疏松症的预防和治疗中具有重要价值。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of different extracts of epimedium on bone biomechanical properties of ovariectomized rats model of osteoporosis. Methods The healthy 8-month old SD female adult rats were selected and its bilateral ovaries were surgically removed to establish an animal osteoporosis model, and the biomechanical properties of lumbar vertebrae were tested. Results The ELASTIC, M-LORD, M-STRESS and STIFFNESS of lumbar spine in the OVX group were significantly lower than those in the SHAM group (P<0.01). The ELASTIC, M-LORD, M-STRESS and STIFFNESS in the XLGB group, D1 group, D2 group, D3 group, E1 group, E2 group, E3 group, F1 group, F2 group and F3 group were significantly higher than those in the OVX group (P<0.01). Conclusion It is preliminarily proved that different extracts of epimedium have good curative effect on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats, which shows that they have important values in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
