LEEP治疗子宫颈上皮内瘤病变对患者卵巢储备能力的影响

目的探讨子宫颈环电切术(LEEP)治疗子宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)对患者卵巢储备能力的影响。方法回顾性分析85例CIN患者的临床资料,所有患者均行LEEP治疗。评价手术治疗效果,同时在术前、术后1、3、6个月借助彩超检测患者窦卵泡数量及卵巢体积以评价其卵巢储备能力。结果85例CIN患者的治疗总有效率为95.29%。术后1、3、6个月,患者窦卵泡数量少于术前,卵巢体积小于术前,且术后3个月的窦卵泡数量少于术后1个月,术后3个月的卵巢体积小于术后1个月(P<0.05);患者术后3、6个月的窦卵泡数量及卵巢体积无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用LEEP治疗的CIN患者在术后会出现卵巢窦卵泡数量减少、卵巢体积缩小,卵巢储备能力降低。

Effect of LEEP on ovarian reserve in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective To investigate the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) on ovarian reserve in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with CIN were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with LEEP.The effect of operation was evaluated.At the same time, the number of sinus follicles and ovarian volume were measured by color Doppler ultrasound before operation and at 1, 3 and 6 months after operation, and the ovarian reserve capacity was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment of 85 patients with CIN was 95.29%.At 1, 3 and 6 months after operation, the numbers of sinus follicles were less than that before operation, the volume of ovary were smaller than that before operation, and the number of sinus follicles at 3 months after operation was less than that at 1 month after operation, and the volume of ovary at 3 months after operation was smaller than that at 1 month after operation (P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the number of sinus follicles and ovarian volume between 3 and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion In CIN patients treated with LEEP, the number of ovarian sinus follicles decreased, the volume of ovary reduced, and the ovarian reserve capacity decreased.
