认知行为干预护理对初产妇母乳喂养的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨认知行为干预护理对初产妇母乳喂养的影响。方法选取本院2018年1月至2018年7月收治的97例初产妇为研究对象,采用掷硬币的方法将其随机分为对照组(n=43)与研究组(n=54)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予认知行为干预护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果入院前,两组产妇的自我效能得分无明显差异(P>0.05);干预42d后,两组自我效能各维度得分和总分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后5、12、42d,研究组的母乳喂养率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预护理应用于初产妇母乳喂养中可显著提高初产妇的自我效能得分,对母乳喂养率的提高有重要作用,值得应用。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention nursing on breast-feeding of primipara.Methods A total of 97 primipara admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group (n=43) and study group (n=54) by coin toss. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the study group was given cognitive behavior intervention nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before admission, there were no significant differences in self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 42 days of intervention, the self-efficacy scores of each dimension and total score of the two groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). At 5, 12 and 42 days postpartum, the breast-feeding rates of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention nursing applied in breast-feeding of primipara can significantly improve the self-efficacy score of primipara, and has an important role in improving the breast-feeding rate, which is worthy of application.
