低位弧形切口在甲状腺乳头状癌颈部淋巴结转移患者手术中的应用效果

目的探究低位弧形切口在甲状腺乳头状癌颈部淋巴结转移患者手术中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的80例甲状腺乳头状癌颈部淋巴结转移拟行手术治疗的患者随机为对照组(40例,传统切口)与观察组(40例,低位弧形切口)。比较两组的手术效果。结果观察组患者的切口长度和手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项VSS评分及对外观的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论低位弧形切口在甲状腺乳头状癌颈部淋巴结转移患者手术中效果显著,能够有效缩短手术时间,且满足患者的美观性需求。

Application effect of low arc incision in surgical treatment of patients with cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid papillary carcinoma

Objective To investigate the application effect of low arc incision in surgical treatment of patients with cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods Eighty patients with cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid papillary carcinoma who underwent surgery were randomly divided into control group(40 cases,traditional incision) and observation group(40 cases, low arc incision). The operation effects of the two groups were compared. Results The length of incision and operation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The VSS scores and patients’ satisfaction rate for appearance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Low arc incision is effective in the surgical treatment of cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid papillary carcinoma, which can effectively shorten the operation time and satisfy the aesthetic needs of patients.
