促性腺激素释放激素激动剂联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素在多囊卵巢综合征患者促排中的应用效果

目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者促排中的应用价值。方法选择我院2016年4月至2017年10月收治的80例PCOS患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案的不同将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组患者给予GnRH-a联合5 000 IU注射用绒促性素治疗,对照组给予10 000 U注射用绒促性素诱导卵泡成熟。比较两组患者排卵率、每促排周期妊娠率及未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)发生率。结果试验组患者的排卵率及每促排周期妊娠率均高于对照组,LUFS发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 GnRH-a联合HCG可提高PCOS患者排卵率及妊娠率,降低LUFS发生率。

Application effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist combined with human chorionic gonadotropin in promoting ovulation of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To investigate the application value of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) in promoting ovulationin of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods Eighty patients with PCOS in our hospital from April 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the different treatment schemes, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with GnRH-a combined with 5 000 IU chorionic gonadotropin for injection, and the control group was given 10 000 IU chorionic gonadotropin to induce follicular maturation. The ovulation rates, pregnancy rates in each stimulation cycle and incidences of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS) were compared between the two group. Results The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of LUFS was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion GnRH-a combined with HCG can improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, and reduce the incidence of LUFS.
