清肺活血止咳汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及其对患儿中医证候积分的影响

目的研究清肺活血止咳汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果及对患儿中医症候积分的影响。方法选择2017年9月至2018年9月在本院儿科接受治疗的76支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清肺活血止咳汤治疗,两组连续治疗7~14d。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿发热、咳嗽及肺啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿中医证候积分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10和CRP水平均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肺活血止咳汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果肯定,能够缩短患儿临床症状消失时间,改善患儿中医证候积分及炎症因子水平,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Qingfei Huoxue Zhike decoction on mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on the scores of TCM syndrome

Objective To study the clinical effect of Qingfei Huoxue Zhike decoction on mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on the scores of TCM syndrome.Methods A total of 76 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in the pediatrics department in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group (n=38) and observation group (n=38).The control group was treated with azithromycin on the basis of routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Huoxue Zhike decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated continuously for 7-14 days.The clinical efficacy, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, the scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever, cough and lung rale in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α, IL-8, IL-10 and CRP in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Huoxue Zhike decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, it can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, improve the scores of TCM syndromes and levels of inflammatory factors, and with a high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
