腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果

目的探讨腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的82例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,按手术方式的不同分为观察组(41例,行腹腔镜肝癌切除术)与对照组(41例,行开腹肝癌切除术)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,且生存率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后,两组ALT、AST水平均升高,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后,两组AFP、VEGF水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后,两组QLQ-C30各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗原发性肝癌效果显著,并发症少,有利于恢复肝功能、改善血清生物学指标及提高患者生存质量,值得推广。

Clinical effect of laparoscopic hepatectomy for primary liver cancer

Objective T o investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic hepatectomy for primary liver cancer. Methods Eighty-two patients with primary liver cancer admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(41 patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver cancer) and control group(41 patients who underwent open hepatectomy for liver cancer) according to different surgical methods. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the survival rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After operation, the levels of ALT and AST in both groups increased, but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After operation,the levels of AFP and VEGF in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After operation, the QLQ-C30 scores of both groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic hepatectomy for primary liver cancer has significant effect and few complications. It is beneficial to the recovery of liver function, improvement of serum biological indexes and quality of life. It is worthy of promotion.
