苓桂术甘汤加减联合醒脑开窍法针灸对中风偏瘫肢体神经肌肉康复的作用

目的观察苓桂术甘汤加减联合醒脑开窍法针灸对中风偏瘫患者肢体神经肌肉康复的作用。方法将我院收治的82例中风偏瘫患者随机分成对照组(41例,基础西药治疗)和试验组(41例,基础西医治疗加减+苓桂术甘汤+醒脑开窍法针灸)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的CSS评分、全血高切黏度及纤维蛋白原水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肌张力0~1+级患者占比及治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中风偏瘫患者恢复中,苓桂术甘汤加减联合醒脑开窍法针灸可改善患者神经功能、血流变指标、肌张力和临床效果。

Effect of modified Lingguizhugan decoction combined with acupuncture with the method of Xingnao Kaiqiao on neuromuscular rehabilitation of limb in patients with stroke hemiplegia

Objective To observe the effect of modified Lingguizhugan decoction combined with acupuncture with the method of Xingnao Kaiqiao on neuromuscular rehabilitation of limb in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods Eighty-two patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (41 cases, basic western medicine treatment) and experimental group (41 cases, basic western medicine treatment+modified Lingguizhugan decoction+acupuncture with the method of Xingnao Kaiqiao).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the CSS score, levels of whole blood high-viscosity and fibrinogen of the two groups all decreased, and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05);the proportion of patients with muscle tension in 0-1+level and total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Lingguizhugan decoction combined with acupuncture with the method of Xingnao Kaiqiao can improve the neurological function, hemorheological indexes, muscle tension and clinical effect of patients with stroke hemiplegia.
