温针灸腰部夹脊穴治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

目的观察温针灸腰部夹脊穴治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的效果及其对复发率影响。方法将我院收治的42例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组(n=21,常规保守治疗)与观察组(n=21,温针灸腰部夹脊穴治疗),比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者社会功能、躯体功能及物质生活评分均显著升高,VAS及ODI评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率及复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者采用温针灸腰部夹脊穴治疗,可减轻其疼痛感,促进功能恢复,提高生活质量,且复发率低。

Effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion at lumbar jiaji point on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness type

Objective To observe the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion at lumbar jiaji point on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness type and its effect on recurrence rate. Methods A total of 42 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness type admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=21, conventional conservative treatment) and observation group(n=21, warm acupuncture and moxibustion at lumbar jiaji point treatment). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of social function, physical function and material life of the two groups significantly increased, the scores of VAS and ODI in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion at lumbar jiaji point on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness type can relieve pain, promote functional recovery and improve patients’ quality of life, with low recurrence rate.
