补体C1q与缺血性脑卒中的相关性分析

目的探讨补体C1q与缺血性脑卒中的相关性。方法选择于我院神经内科住院并确诊为急性缺血性脑卒中的55例患者(缺血性脑卒中组)和45例健康体检者(健康对照组)为研究对象。统计并分析两组患者的临床资料以及NIHSS评分、血清补体C1q与缺血性脑卒中相关指标的相关性。结果缺血性卒中组的平均年龄大于健康对照组,且LDL-C及血清补体C1q水平均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);缺血性脑卒中组的NIHSS评分与年龄、LDL-C、血清补体C1q及D-二聚体水平呈正相关,而血清补体C1q水平与LDL-C水平也呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者血清补体C1q水平升高,血清补体C1q水平与缺血性脑卒中严重程度正相关,并且血清补体C1q水平在缺血性脑卒中与LDL-C水平有一定相关性。

Analysis of the correlation between complement C1q and cerebral ischemic stroke

Objective To investigate the correlation between complement C1q and cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 55 patients with cerebral ischemic stroke (cerebral ischemic stroke group) and 45 healthy people (healthy control group) were selected as the study objects. Clinical data of patients in the two groups with relevant data, and the correlation between NIHSS score, serum complement C1q and cerebral ischemic stroke related factors were counted and analyzed. Results The average age of the cerebral ischemic stroke group was older than that of the healthy control group, and the levels of LDL-C and serum complement C1q were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group (P<0.05). NIHSS score was positively correlated with age, LDL-C, serum complement C1q and D-dimer levels in the cerebral ischemic stroke group, and serum complement C1q was positively correlated with LDL-C level (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of serum complement C1q increased in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke. The level of serum complement C1q was positively correlated with the severity of cerebral ischemic stroke, and serum complement C1q level was correlated with LDL-C level in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.
