益气活血汤加减合血脂康胶囊治疗急性脑梗死(气滞血瘀证)伴高脂血症的效果

目的分析益气活血汤加减合血脂康胶囊治疗急性脑梗死(气滞血瘀证)伴高脂血症的临床效果。方法将77例急性脑梗死(气滞血瘀证)伴高脂血症患者随机分为参照组(38例,基础治疗)和观察组(39例,基础治疗+益气活血汤加减+血脂康胶囊)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果用药后,两组的NDS评分、TC、TG水平均降低,且观察组显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死(气滞血瘀证)伴高脂血症治疗中,益气活血汤加减合血脂康胶囊可改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,降低血脂水平,且不会明显增加不良反应。

Effect of modified Yiqi Huoxue decoction and Xuezhikang capsule on acute cerebral infarction(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type) complicated with hyperlipidemia

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Yiqi Huoxue decoction and Xuezhikang capsule on acute cerebral infarction(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type) complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods Seventy-seven patients with acute cerebral infarction(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type) complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into reference group(38 cases, basic treatment) and observation group(39 cases, basic treatment +modified Yiqi Huoxue decoction and Xuezhikang capsule). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NDS score, levels of TC and TG in the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type) complicated with hyperlipidemia, modified Yiqi Huoxue decoction and Xuezhikang capsule can improve neurological deficits and reduce levels of blood lipids, and will not significantly increase adverse reactions.
