醒脑开窍针法联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷对脑卒中恢复期患者神经功能、运动功能及生活质量的影响

目的探讨给予脑卒中恢复期患者醒脑开窍针法联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷对患者神经功能、运动功能和生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的100例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组应用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合醒脑开窍针法。对比两组治疗前、后的神经功能、运动功能、临床疗效及生活质量。结果治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分均降低,Fugl-Meyer及SS-QOL评分均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中恢复期患者醒脑开窍针法联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷,不仅可更好地促进患者神经功能、运动功能的恢复,提高治疗效果,而且可改善患者的生活质量。

Effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with aspirin and clopidogrel on neurological function,motor function and quality of life of patients with stroke in convalescent stage

Objective To discuss the effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with aspirin and clopidogrel on neurological function, motor function and quality of life of patients with stroke in convalescent stage. Methods One hundred patients with stroke in convalescent stage treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel, while the study group was given Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The neurological function, motor function, quality of life before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores of both groups decreased, the scores of Fugl-Meyer and SS-QOL increased, and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in patients with stroke in convalescent stage can not only promote the recovery of neurological function and motor function, enhance the therapeutic effect, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
