硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的临床效果

目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法将我院收治的104例原发性高血压患者随机分为联合组与对照组,各52例。对照组单纯给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予厄贝沙坦片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压均降低,生活质量评分升高,且联合组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压效果显著,其可有效控制患者血压,提高患者生活质量,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of nifedipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods A total of 104 patients with primary hypertension admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into combined group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained release tablets alone, and the combined group was treated with irbesartan tablets on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of both groups decreased, while the quality of life scores increased, and those in the combined group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension has a significant effect, which can effectively control blood pressure and improve the quality of life of patients, with high safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
