黄芪桂枝五物汤联合中药药浴治疗恶性肿瘤患者化疗后周围神经毒性的临床效果

目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤口服联合中药药浴对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后周围神经毒性的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月医院收治的30例恶性肿瘤患者,给予患者黄芪桂枝五物汤口服联合中药药浴治疗。观察患者周围神经毒性分级。结果 30例患者的治疗总有效率为93.3%(28/30),痊愈率为6.67%(2/30)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤口服联合中药药浴能减轻恶性肿瘤患者化疗药物所致的周围神经毒性。

Clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with Chinese medicine bath on peripheral neurotoxicity of malignant tumor patients after chemotherapy

Objective To observe the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction oral combined with Chinese medicine bath on peripheral neurotoxicity of malignant tumor patients after chemotherapy. Methods Thirty patients with malignant tumor admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. The patients were given Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction oral combined with Chinese medicine bath. The classification of peripheral neurotoxicity were observed. Results Of the 30 cases of patients, the total effective rate of treatment was 93.3%(28/30), and the recovery rate was 6.67%(2/30). Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction oral combined with Chinese medicine bath can relieve the peripheral neurotoxicity of malignant tumor patients caused by chemotherapy.
