半夏白术天麻汤联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的效果

目的探究半夏白术天麻汤联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的效果,为临床提供指导。方法将2017年1月至2018年6月我院收治的80例高血压患者随机分为观察组(40例,应用半夏白术天麻汤联合替米沙坦治疗)和对照组(40例,应用替米沙坦治疗)。比较两组患者的疗效、治疗前、后的血压、中医主要症状积分、血清指标水平、氧化应激指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的舒张压、收缩压、心悸、眩晕、头痛积分、NO、ET-1水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SOD水平高于治疗前,MDA水平低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对高血压患者实施半夏白术天麻汤联合替米沙坦治疗具有较好的降压效果,能显著缓解临床症状,有效减轻机体应激反应,安全性较高。

Effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension, to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018, 80 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases, treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with telmisartan) and control group (40 cases, treated with telmisartan).The therapeutic effects, blood pressure, main TMC symptoms scores, levels of serum indexes, oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment and incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, scores of palpitation, vertigo, headache, levels of NO and ET-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of SOD in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the levels of MDA were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension has a good antihypertensive effect, which can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms and the body stress reaction, with high safety.
