口腔牙冠修复前行牙周整复术的治疗效果

目的研究口腔牙冠修复前行牙周整复术的治疗效果。方法选取2015年2月至2017年7月在我院行口腔修复术的74例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为联合组与对照组,每组37例。对照组行传统口腔牙冠修复术,联合组在行传统口腔牙冠修复术前进行牙周整复术,比较两组治疗效果。结果联合组牙龈萎缩发生率为5.41%,明显低于对照组的21.62%(P<0.05);联合组的牙周美观程度、功能恢复情况评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组患者的治疗满意度为91.89%,明显高于对照组的70.27%(P<0.05)。结论口腔牙冠修复前行牙周整复术,可以明显提高治疗效果及患者治疗满意度,并且可以降低牙龈萎缩发生率,值得推广应用。

Therapeutic effect of periodontal plastic surgery before oral crown restoration

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of periodontal plastic surgery before oral crown restoration.Methods A total of 74 patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the study objects.All patients were divided into combined group and control group by random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group underwent traditional oral crown restoration therapy, and the combined group underwent periodontal plastic surgery before traditional oral crown restoration. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of gingival atrophy in the combined group was 5.41%, which was lower than 21.62% in the control group(P <0.05). The scores of periodontal aesthetic and functional recovery and total score in the combined group were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). And the total satisfaction rateoftreatment in the combined group was 91.89%, which was higher than 70.27% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Periodontal plastic surgery before oral crown restoration can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and treatment satisfaction of patients, and reduce the incidence of gingival atrophy, which is worthy of popularization and application.
