腹腔镜内环口缝扎手术在小儿鞘膜积液中的临床价值

目的探讨腹腔镜内环口缝扎手术在小儿鞘膜积液中的临床价值。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月我院收治的的132例鞘膜积液患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,每组66例。A组患儿采用腹腔镜内环口缝扎手术进行治疗,B组患儿采用常规的传统开放手术进行治疗。结果 A组患儿治疗总有效率高于B组(P<0.05);A组患儿术后复发率低于B组(P<0.05);A组手术时间短于B组,术中出血量少于B组(P<0.05);A组患儿术后并发症总发生率低于B组(P<0.05);A组患儿的住院时间短于B组,且住院费用低于B组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜内环口缝扎手术治疗小儿鞘膜积液效果显著,且复发率较低,值得临床推广。

Clinical value of laparoscopic internal orifice suture in children with hydrocele

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic internal orifice suture in children with hydrocele.Methods A total of 132 cases of children with hydrocele admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, with66 cases in each group. The children in group A underwent the laparoscopic internal orifice suture, while the group B underwent the conventional open operation. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05);the operation time in group A was shorter than that in group B, and the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that in group B(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05);the hospitalization time in group A was shorter than that in group B, and hospitalization expenses was lower than that in group B(P <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic internal orifice suture in the treatment of hydrocele in children has a significant effect and lower recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
