| Abstract: | The paper introduces some DNA analytical techniques and their application.Being the advanced genetic markers,molecular labeling has been widely utilized in the identification of medicinal plants variety and genetic relationship,the analysis of genetic diversity and genuineness,the assessment of germplasm and assisting breeding and quality evaluation.It’s very important and useful in the exploitation,utilization and protection of the medicinal plants. |
