| 摘 要： | 目的调查中老年人生存质量现状并探讨影响其生存质量的危险因素。方法采用生存质量评价量表SF-36以入户调查的方式对某社区中老年人进行调查。结果社区中老年人不同性别、不同年龄、不同教育程度、有无配偶的生存质量间差异有显著性意义。Logistic多元回归分析显示，影响中老年人生存质量的主要危险因素有年龄增高、需要他人赡养和患有慢性病。结论影响中老年人生存质量的因素包括多种人口学和社会学特征，因此应采取综合措施提高社区中老年人的生存质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the quality of life of the aged and middle-aged people in communities and investigate its influential factors by the SF-36 Health Survey Questionnaire.Methods Information of quality of life and relative factors were collected by face-to-face interview and analyzed by ANOVA and Logistic regression.Results There is significant difference in the quality of life among different sex,age,education level,people with spouse or not.Logistic regression analysis showed that the main impact factors on the quality of life of the aged and middle-aged people were higher age,support pattern and chronic disease.Conclusion Several hemographies and sociological characteristics affect the quality of life of the aged and middle-age people,comprehensive measures should be taken to improve the quality of life of these people in community. |
