动力髋螺钉及动力髁螺钉治疗股骨粗隆骨折

目的：探讨应用动力髋螺钉、动力髁螺钉（DHS、DCS）治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的效果。方法：采用DHS、DCS治疗股骨粗隆部骨折22例（DHS固定15例、DCS固定7例）。结果：经过平均11个月的随访,22例均达临床愈合,按Harris评分标准优良率达90．9％,无一例发生内翻及下肢短缩。结论：DHS、DCS治疗股骨粗隆部骨折固定可靠,操作易掌握,髋内翻发生率低,是目前治疗股骨粗隆部骨折较理想的方法之一。

The treatment of intertrochanteric francture with DHS and DCS

Objective To explore treatment results intertrochanteric francture with DHS and DCS. Methods Since 1998, 22 cases of intertrochanteric francture has been treated with DHS and DCS, out of which, there were 15 cases fixed with DHS and 7 cases fixed with DCS. Results Through the average follow-up 11 months, there were 22 cases cures. According to the harris standards of grading, the cure rate was 90. 9%, have no one case come up coxa varao and shorttening defomity of the limbs. Conclusion Using DHS and DCS to treat intertrochanteric fracture is reliable and easy to operation. The incidence of coxa varao is very low. It is one of best way to treat the intertrochanteric fracture.
