| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨截瘫患者的心理健康教育存在问题及护理对策。方法：对40例患者进行心理问卷调查，了解并分析心理特殊的负性反应，根据患者的心理特点进行心理健康教育及护理，观察心理健康教育后2周时患者症状焦虑、抑郁状态的改善程度。结果：本组患者症状焦虑、抑郁评分与健康教育前比较显著改善（P〈0．01）。结论：根据截瘫患者的心理特点、普遍存在的问题采取相应的护理对策，以促进患者康复及提高生存质量。 |
