氟桂利嗪治疗高血压脑血管痉挛的临床及TCD对比研究

目的 ]　研究氟桂利嗪对高血压 1级轻危患者脑血管痉挛的治疗作用。　 方法 ]　对 35例和 30例已发生高血压患者分别用氟桂利嗪和对照组药物治疗 ,治疗后 1个月分别进行经颅多普勒检查及临床观察。　 结果 ]　脑血管痉挛的高血压患者用药后脑血流速度明显下降 ,痉挛缓解。治疗后LMCA ,RMCA ,LACA ,RACA明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组与对照组差异有显著性。　 结论 ]　氟桂利嗪治疗脑血管痉挛稳定有效。

Clinical observation and comparative study with TCD of cerebrovascular spasm of hypertension treated with Sibelium

To study the therapetlic effect of Sibelium on patients with first class hypertension and slight cerebrovascular spasm. 35 and 30 patients with hypertension were given TCD examination before prescribing Sibelium or comparable drug and repeated TCD after one month. After treatment the spead of cerebral blood flow was significantly reduced, and vascular spasm relieved in these patients with hypertension. There were marked reduce in the speed of systolic spike of left and right front as well as middle cerebral arteries (P<0.01), After treatment there were significant difference between comparable drug and Sibelium in the LMCA, RMCA, LACA and RACA. The clinical symptoms and signs were also improved. Conclusion] Sibelium is effective against cerebrascular spasm.
