| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹部手术后早期再手术的原因和防范.方法:对45例腹部手术后早期再手术病例进行回顾性分析,分析再手术的原因,总结再手术的方法及注意事项,探讨腹部手术后早期再手术的防范及降低再手术的并发症.结果:45例腹部手术后早期再手术病例中切口裂开13例,腹腔内感染20例,腹腔内出血4例,肠梗阻5例,消化道出血3例.首次手术为上腹部手术27例,下腹部18例.再手术后出现并发症11例.治愈41例,死亡4例.结论:腹部手术后早期再手术仍能取得较好疗效,但并发症多,必须强调做好首次手术,降低再手术率. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes and prevention of early reoperation for abdominal procedure. Methods 45 patients undergoing reoperation for abdominal disease were analysed retrospectively. Results 45 reoperation patients included wound disruption(13 cases), abdominal cave infections(20 cases), postoperation abdominal cave massive bleeding (4 cases), postoperation bowl obstruction (5 cases), alimentary tract bleeding (3 cases). Conclusion Selecting correct operative program and taking care of operating skill in first operation may decrease the reoperation mortality and complication. |
