玉红膏对大鼠皮肤创面愈合修复中神经肽P物质的影响

目的观察玉红膏对大鼠皮肤创面愈合修复中神经肽P物质（Substante P，SP）的影响，探讨玉红膏促进创面愈合修复的作用机理。方法取144只大鼠于背部造成直径1．8cm全层皮肤缺损模型，完全随机法分戍3组，即玉红膏组、京万红组、模型组，另设正常对照组。于造模后第1、3、5、7、10、14、21、30天8个时间点进行创面愈合率、组织形态、SP免疫组化染色的观察和检测。结果与模型组比较，玉红膏组的创面愈合率提高（P〈0．05），形态学显示创面中性粒细胞浸润较少，增生期新生血管、戍纤维细胞和胶原纤维数量较多；创面中SP表达在创伤后3、5、7、10、14d高于模型组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论玉红膏有促进创面愈合的作用，机理与在增生期促进创面SP分泌有关。

Effect of Yuhong Ointment on the Secretion of Substance P in the Process of Skin Wound Healing of Rat

Objective To observe the effect of Yuhong ointment on secretion of Substance P of promoting wound healing and explore its mechanism. Methods The whole layer skin defection rat was used and randomly divided into 3 groups： Yuhong ointment group, Jingwanhong group, model group, with normal rats as control. The condition of skin wound surface and healing time were observed and recorded at 1, 3, 5, 7, 10,14, 21, 30 day after wound. The expression of Substance P were measured and compared by immunohistochemistry staining, Results Average wound healing rate had no significant difference between Yuhong ointment group and Jingwanhong group, which were higher than model group （P〈0.05）. The results of immunohistochemistry staining illustrate the Substance P secretion of Yuhonggao group was more than that of model group in the 3th, 5th, 7th, 10th, 14th day （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yuhong ointment can accelerate skin wound healing and maybe related with promoting the secretion of Substance P of skin wound in the proliferation period.
