组织蛋白酶B表达与宫颈鳞癌浸润转移的关系

摘    要:目的:检测组织蛋白酶B(CB)蛋白在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达,探讨CB蛋白与宫颈癌发生发展、浸润转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测33例正常宫颈上皮,63例宫颈上皮内瘤变,45例宫颈鳞癌组织中CB蛋白的表达。结果:CB蛋白在正常宫颈上皮、CIN及宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达依次增高,三者之间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伴有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组织中CB蛋白的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。CB蛋白在低分化鳞癌组织中的表达明显高于中高分化鳞癌组织(P<0.05)。结论:CB蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌发生发展及浸润转移有关。

Abstract:Objective: To detect the expression of Cathepsin B(CB) in normal uterial cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical squamous canier and to determine its role in the progression and infiltration or metastasis of cervical carcinoma.Methods:The expression of CB in 33cases of normal uterial cervix tissues,63 cases of CIN tissues and 45 cases of cervical squomous cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method.Results:The expression rates of CB were gradually increased with the progress cervical leslons.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The expression of CB was higher in cervical cancer with lymphatic metastasis than that without lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of CB in low differentiation group was significantly higher than that in middle /high differentiation groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The expression of CB might be involved in oncogenesis or development and infiltration or metastasis in cervical carcinoma.
