| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者中医体质类型特点。方法对328例冠心病患者采用中医体质问卷进行中医体质调查,并采用聚类分析对其进行体质分型。结果正常体质者（即协调质）24例,占总病例数的7.3%;病理体质者304例,占总病例数的92.7%。328例患者中,单一体质83例,占总病例数的25.3%;兼杂体质245例,占总病例数的74.7%。结论兼杂体质是冠心病患者的主要病理体质。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristics of Chinese medical constitution of patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods Constitution questionnaires and coronary angiography were used to survey 328 patients with coronary heart disease,and clustering-analysis was adopted to identify the patients＇ constitution.Results In 328 CHD cases,24 cases（7.3%） were of physiological constitution and 304 cases（92.7%） were of pathological constitution;83 cases（25.3%） were of single constitution and 245 cases（74.7%） were of multiple constitution.Conclusion CHD patients are primarily of multiple pathological constitution. |
