| 摘 要： | 目的观察缪刺法治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法将60例面肌痉挛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组（各30例）,分别采用缪刺法和常规局部针刺,疗程1个月。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为73.3%（P〈0.05）。结论缪刺法治疗面肌痉挛疗效优于局部针刺。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of contralateral acupuncture therapy for facial spasm. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by contralateral acupuncture and control group in which 30 cases were treated by localized acupuncture, with a course of one month. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Contralateral acupuncture has better results than localized acupuncture in the treatment of facial spasm. |
