秦知汤治疗类风湿性关节炎52例临床观察

目的：观察自拟秦知汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选符合诊断标准的患者86例。随机分成两组。治疗组52例。给予秦知汤治疗；对照组34例，给予雷公藤片、消炎痛片治疗，观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征及实验室指标（血沉、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子）、X线骨关节检查的变化，并进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组临床缓解32例。好转16例。未愈4例，总有效率92．3％。对照组临床缓解9例。好转12例，未愈13例，总有效率61．8％。两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。两组副作用发生率治疗组（5．0％）与对照组（38．2％）比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：秦知汤治疗类风湿性关节炎有较好疗效。副作用少。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Qinzhi Decoction (QD,秦知汤)

Objective:To observe the effect of QD in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Method:86 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(52 cases) treated with QD and the control group(34 cases) treated with common threewingut root and tablet mezolin.The symptoms,signs and some laboratory indexes such as ESR,CRP and RF were detected before and after treatment.Result:In the treatment group,32 cases effective, 16 cases turned better,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.3%.In the control group,9 cases effective,12 cases turned better,13 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 61.8%.The difference between the two groups was notable (P<0.05). The incidence of side effect in the treatment group(5%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.2%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: QD has better effect in treating rheumatoid arthritis and has less side effect.
