个人和社会因素对糖尿病病人血糖的影响

[目的 ]探讨个人及社会因素对糖尿病病人血糖的影响。 [方法 ]对随诊的糖尿病病人进行问卷调查和血糖测定 ,分别比较 8种个人及社会因素中各水平组的血糖浓度。[结果 ]配合治疗、文化程度高、坚持体育锻炼、有自信心、作息有规律、一般干部、家人关心及人际关系良好的各水平组的血糖值明显低于其对照组。 [结论 ] 8种个人及社会因素对糖尿病病人血糖具有明显影响。

Impact of individual and social factors on blood glucose of diabetes mellitus patients

Objective: to probe into the effect of individual and social factors on blood glucose of patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Method: followed-up patients with DM were investigated via filling out questionnaire. Blood sugar concentrations of all patients were determined. Blood sugar concentrations of eight different levels of individual and social factors of patients were then compared. Result: blood sugar concentration in different level groups patients with the character of cooperating with their doctors, well-educated, persisting exercise, with self-confidence, working and resting in regular, state employed, taken care of by families, or having good relations with others were significantly lower than that of their corresponding control groups. Conclusion: eight individual or social factors have significant impacts on blood sugar concentration of DM patients.
