通心络胶囊治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效观察

目的：观察通心络胶囊治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法：将70例CHF患者随机分为2组，对照组34例予常规抗心力衰竭（强心、利尿、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及去除病因等）治疗，治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊。2组疗程均为3月。观察并详细记录患者治疗前后症状、体征、血压、心功能分级，对患者进行彩色多普勒超声心动图测量：左室收缩未期容积（LVESV）及左室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、短轴缩短率（FS）、心排血量（CO）、心排指数（CI）等指标。结果：治疗组总有效率为91．7％，高于对照组的76．5％，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后LVEDV和LVESV均缩小，LVEF、CO、CI和FS改善，与治疗前比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；对照组治疗后LVEDV、LVESV均缩小，LVEF、FS亦改善，与治疗前比较，差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；2组治疗后各指标比较，差异也有显著性意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率均改善（P〈0．05），治疗组降低血压、减慢心率效果优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：通心络胶囊治疗CHF疗效确定。

Clinical Observation of Tongxinluo Capsule for Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Tongxinluo capsule for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:Seventy CHF patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group had 34 cases and was treated with routine medicines for heart failure such as cardiac,diuretic,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) and drugs for eliminating the cause of disease.The treatment group had 36 cases and received Tongxinluo capsule based on the routine treatment.The periods of treatment for the 2 groups were 3 months.During the treatment,we observed and recorded carefully the symptoms and signs,blood pressure,heart rate,cardiac function degree.The indexes of Doppler color echocar-diogram such as left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular e-jection fraction(LVEF),fraction of shortening(FS),cardiac output(CO),and cardiac index(CI) were measured.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.7%,which was higher than 76.5% in the control group,and the difference was significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the value of LVEDV and LVESV were obviously decreased in the treatment group,and LVEF,CO,CI and FS were all obviously improved(P < 0.01 compared with those before treat-ment).After treatment,the value of LVEDV and LVESV were obviously decreased in the control group,and LVEF and FS were all obviously improved(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 compared with those before treatment).The differences of the indexes were signifi-cant between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBR) and heart rate(HR) were all improved in both groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule has certain effect for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.
