医用三氧治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床观察

目的观察医用三氧（0。）治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择膝关节骨关节炎患者50例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组25例。治疗组关节腔内注射40μg／ml的医用三氧20m1，对照组关节腔内注射消炎镇痛液，3～5次为1疗程。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后1、3、6月VAS和总有效率。结果两组患者治疗后VAS较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．01），在治疗后第3、6个月同一时间点治疗组VAS较对照组低，治疗组总有效率达到92％（23／25例），对照组76％（19／25例）。结论医用三氧治疗膝关节骨关节炎能有效解除疼痛，改善关节活动度，临床疗效满意。

Clinical observation of medical ozone in treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of medical ozone on treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods Fifty patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each. Medical ozone,40μg/ml 20 ml, was injected intra-articularly in the treatment group, and anti-inflammatory analgesic mixture in the control group. Visual analogue scale （VAS） and total effective rate were recorded before and t, 3 and 6 months after treatment. Results Compared with pretreatment, VAS was significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups（P 〈0.05. In the treatment group VAS was decreased in 3 and 6 months after treatment. The total effective rates were 92 % （23/25 cases） in the treatment group, and 76 % （19/25 cases） in the control group. Conclusion Medical ozone may effectively relieve pain in knee joint, improve range of jointmotion and provide a satisfactory clinical efficacy in patients with knee joint osteoarthritis.
