| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT-PEST分析方法，从政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境四个方面对杭州社区医院发展的内部优势、外部机遇以及内部劣势、外部威胁进行了系统分析，并提出其发展的SO战略（即发挥优势，利用机遇）和WT战略（即减少弱点，回避威胁），以期对杭州社区医院的发展有所裨益，对其它各地社区医院的发展有所启示。

| Abstract: | We analyzed political, economic, social and technical environments of Hangzhou community hospitals, and their internal advantage, external opportunity, internal weakness and external threat with SWOT- PEST method. So we proposed SO and WT strategy in order to promote Hangzhou community hospitals development and give some illuminations to other community hospitals. |
