臂丛神经根性撕脱伤的诊治进展

臂丛神经根性撕脱伤常造成肢体终身残废 ,临床详尽检查 ,尽早诊断 ,意义重大。目前外科治疗多采用神经移位缝接或移植片移位缝接 ,临床观察有部分功能恢复 ,从上臂肱二头肌屈射、三角肌外展肩关节功能为主 ,而前臂及手内肌功能恢复多不理想。近年来 ,有人经动物实验及临床应用证实 ,将撕脱的脊神经根或移植神经桥接再植入脊髓及椎间孔内修复断裂脊神经根均可不同程度恢复肩、臂、前臂等处失神经肌肉的功能。

The avulsion at root of brachial plexus may produce the disability of limb during life.There were most important significant to make early diagnosis in clinics.The common surgical treatments were dislocated suture or combined with transplantation and could reached the partial functional restore,but the function restored worse in forearm and intramuscular of hand in clinics.Recently,some researcher had studied in animals and clinics to implant the avulsed spinal root or transplanted nerve bridge to spine or in intervertebral foramina.This methods could restore the shoulder,arm and forearm function that without nerve controlled.
