| 摘 要： | 本文用试管凝集法对佳木斯地区部分肺科病人进行了嗜肺军团菌（ＬＰ）血清学调查。共调查了１０２例，阳性２３例，抗体总阳性率２２．５４％。本地区以ＬＰ１、ＬＰ６、ＬＰ８、ＬＰ１２血清型为主，其中ＬＰ１型抗体阳性率高于其它各型。肺炎和ＣＯＰＤ阳性率最高。血清抗体滴度阳性率与年龄呈正相关。性别间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。总之，本地区通过血清学证实有ＬＰ感染和ＬＰ病人存在。提示肺科现患，特别是年老体弱的肺内感染、ＣＯＰＤ病人应开展军团菌血清学监测，以便及时诊断和合理治疗。

| Abstract: | A serological study on Legionella Pneumophila(LP) was carried out in 102 cases of lung diseases by using tube agglutination test in Jiamusi Prefecture.The result showed that 23 cases of which were positive reaction.The positive rate was 22.54%.The major serum types of the positives were LP 1,LP 6,LP 8 and LP 12 .The highest was LP 1.The positive rate in pneumonia and COPD was higher than that in other pulmonary diseases.There was a positive correlation between positive rates and ages,but no correlation with sex.The data indicated that there was Legionella infection in Jiamusi Prefecture.The authors suggested that the medical doctors should pay attention to these aged and weak patients with pneumonia and COPD,in order to get the correct diagnosis of Legeonella infection as earier as possible. |
