356例脐血流异常与亚临床甲状腺功能减退的相关性分析

目的观察孕妇脐血流异常与亚临床甲状腺功能减退的相关性,并观察妊娠24~32w脐血流异常患者单纯应用低分子右旋糖酐,丹参,硫酸镁及配伍用优甲乐治疗的疗效差异。方法脐血流异常者356例为观察组,随机抽取300例健康孕妇为对照组,分别取空腹静脉血化验TSH,FT3,FT4,分析观察组与对照组亚甲减发生率的差异。再将脐血流异常合并亚甲减患者随机分为两组,观察组应用丹参硫酸镁等及配伍用优甲乐治疗,对照组单纯应用丹参硫酸镁等治疗,分析两组疗效的差异性。结论亚甲减增加脐血流异常的发生率,配伍优甲乐疗效优于单纯应用丹参硫酸镁等治疗。

Analysis of 365 clinical cases about the correlation of abnormal vasa umbilicalis and subclinical hypothyrodism

Objective:To investigate the correlation by the preview method between the abnormal vasa umbilicalis and subclinical hypothyrodism in pregnant women,and the clinical difference were observed in two groups treated with different medicine methods,one with dextran,danshen,Magnesium sulfate injection and another with the added medicine levothyroxine Na.Methods:356 pregnant women with abnormal vasa umbilicals were choosed as the Observed Group(O group),and 300 ases of healthy ones were choosed randomly as the Control Group(C group).TSH FT_3 FT_4 in the venous blood were detected in both groups and the subclinical hypothyrodism incidence were difference.Then,two subgroups were divided in the hypothyrosis hypothyroidism group with abnormal vasa umbilicalis,the observed subgroup treated with levothyroxine Na.,danshen,Magnesium sulfate injection.The control subgroup with the only two latter medicine.The effect difference of the two treatment methods were demonstrated.Results: The correlation of the abnormal vasa umbilicalis and the subclinical hypothyroidism were suggested in our research,and the better efficacy were observed in the subgroup with the added levothyroxine Na.
