牵引推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

为客观评估牵引推拿方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 ( L IDP)的疗效。对 34例行牵引推拿治疗的 L IDP患者进行 1～ 3年随访 ,测量计算治疗前后 CT片上的椎间盘突出指数 ( DHI) ,并比较分析。结果示优 10例 ,良 16例 ,优良率 76 %。优良病例 DHI值在治疗前后有明显差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。治疗后 DHI值小于 0 .2者 ,疗效满意 ,但无 1例突出物完全还纳复位。突出物缩小程度与疗效相关。表明牵引推拿能使突出物还纳缩小或形变 ,松解粘连 ,改善局部血液循环 ,减轻炎性介质刺激

THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISK HERNIA BY TRACTION AND MASSAGE: A Therapeutic-effect Analysis

In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of traction and massage on lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH), 34 cases of LIDH were treated by traction and massage and followed up for 12-36 months, the disk hernia indices (DHI) before and after the treatment were calculated and measured on CT films and compared and analyzed. The results were excellent in 10 cases and good in 16 cases, the excellent good rate reached 76 %, and DHI of the excellent and good cases after the treatment had a significant difference from that before treatment (P < 0.05). The cases with DHI less than 0.2 after the treatment obtained satisfactory results, no case of complete reduction of the hernia was found in this series, the therapeutic effect is related to the reduction degree of the hernia. It was concluded that traction and massage function to reduce, lessen or deform the hernia, release the adhesion, improve the local blood circulation and remit the inflammatory medium irritation.
