| 摘 要： | Survivin基因是近年来新发现的一种抗凋亡蛋白，具有高度的组织分布特异性和强大的抗凋亡功能，逐渐成为肿瘤发病及治疗研究中的一个热点。本文重点介绍Survivin的结构和功能及其在卵巢癌的诊断和治疗中的作用。

| Abstract: | Survivin, a novel anti - apoptosis gene, is gradually becoming a focus on research of carcinogenesis and therapy because of its specificity of tissue distribution as well as mighty fimction of anti - apoptosis. In this review, the contruction and function of Survivin and its action in the diagnose and therapy of ovarian cancer was summarized. |
